This uplifting documentary is a celebration of true Americana and artistic expression in the face of adversity, shining a light on what is best about America though the healing power of music. Filmed at the 80th annual Old Fiddler’s Convention where musicians travel from around the world to compete and jam with friends. We watch Wayne Henderson, a world-renowned luthier an a master craftsman and master storyteller, compete against 11-year old Presley Barker vying for top prize in the ultra-competitive Adult Guitar Competition. Yet we also witness their friendship and love for music.
